We help homeowners protect their home from hurricane and storm damage. Our job is to set appointments for a technician to check for hurricane preparedness. Techs will also evaluate if the homeowner can save money on their electricity and or their homeowners insurance. All you have to do is set the day and time for a rep to go to their house.

As a Manager responsibilities

• Training and Motivating daily
• Hit KPI’s and exceed to develop new business growth
• Daily meetings, going over numbers and goals
• Plan territory and drops
• Clean driving record preferred, will get a driver for the right person
• Hiring and recruiting
• Holding members of your team to HPA standards
• Following HR protocols

Pay is salary on top of your production ever Friday. Bonuses can range from $2,500 to a $15,000 paid out near the 15th. Every month. Hours are 11:00am. to 7:30pm. Monday – Friday and every other Saturday 10am.-3pm. Team environment with incentives a couple times a month. We do training experience is a plus not necessary.
