HomeDeliveryLink is a leading national furniture and appliance delivery company. We provide a range of home delivery and logistics solutions for world-class retailers of furniture and appliances. We are currently in need of an Delivery Operations Manager to help oversee one of our final mile delivery operations in the Portland, OR area. This experienced leader will help oversee and recruit our network of independent home delivery contract carriers, interact with our clients, and make sure that each and every delivery customer has an outstanding delivery experience. Skills used include computer-based routing system knowledge, MS Office applications, verifiable customer service excellence, above-average verbal and email communication skills, adherence to established processes, and process development ability.

• Minimum 2 year furniture or appliance delivery experience in a supervisory role
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Experience dispatching a network of 3 or more Independent Home Delivery Contract Carriers is a big plus but not required
• Excellent customer service skills and performance driven.
• DOT and federal regulations knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office applications and strong communications skills required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
