We are currently seeking a Punch-Out Technician to maintain quality assurance of newly constructed single family homes and provide warranty service to our homeowners.
The position requires 2 -5 years in a construction related position, preferably in warranty/punch out. Other qualifications include;
- Knowledge of drywall applications.
- Knowledge of carpentry.
- Knowledge of basic electricity.
- Experience in troubleshooting.
- Must be able to analyze repair situations as to best fix or referral to subcontractor.
- Knowledge of construction terminology. Ability to prioritize and schedule efficiently.
- Must have excellent communications skills both oral and written.
- Must possess interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction tools.
- Excellent knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
- Good follow through to make sure items are being completed and homeowners are being satisfied.
