Job Discription
The Behavioral Services Specialist works collaboratively with other company departments that support our operations. The Behavioral Services Specialist reports to the Behavioral Services Coordinator, who reports to the Behavioral Services Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field highly preferred. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and expectations based on business needs through flexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and overall must possess a high level of initiative.
Extensive travel between locations is required, therefore the selected individual must have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license, three (3) or more years of acceptable driving record, and insurance on their vehicle.
