We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor that enjoys working in a Honest and Integrity driven environment.
Honest-1 Auto Care is a family-owned auto repair shop with a focus on excellent customer service based on honesty and integrity. We have a six-bay shop with a steady flow of business. Job description:
- Prepares repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as estimating the repairs and services required.
- Maintains customer communication by explaining estimates and expected time of completion of repair/service; obtaining customer’s approval of estimates; answering questions and concerns; arranging temporary transportation.
- Communicate with technicians on the customer’s request, the technician’s recommendations, and the timing of the job.
- Answers Phones and schedules customers’ appointments.
- Presents themselves and the Honest-1 brand in a professional manner
- Assist with the daily organization, cleaning, and stocking of the front desk area and customer waiting area.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $49,000.00 per year
