The Senior HR Generalist will plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate overall human resource management activities to optimize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions at site such as non-exempt, recruitment, training, personnel policies and legal compliance.

Work Environment: Work conditions are consistent with a general office environment. Sitting for long periods of time will require that the employee understand and be able to apply good office ergonomics.
