Program Opportunity and Objectives:
Horizon’s Human Resource Development Program is a 3-year rotational program providing aspiring human resource professionals the opportunity to accelerate the development of their business and HR skills. Participants will learn the “Horizon way” of operating principles and values to help them successfully contribute to Horizon and grow their careers.
