Horizons Healthcare Services is looking for a Patient Intake and Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Enter Patient information into the system.
Deliver all important messages to the clinicians in regards of patients or from staff within the office • Enter in new patient information, verify insurance and communicate with marketers/referral sources. Perform follow up calls for all active patients
Work with insurances to process authorization requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Computer Skills
Knowledge operation of basic office equipment- fax machine, scanner, computer
Good Telephone Customer Services Skills
Preferably worked or some experience in Medical Office Setting
College degree/ Bilingual a plus
