Attend to customers upon entrance
Take and serve orders
Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Possess basic math skills, operate a point-of-sale system, and have the ability to handle money
Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services
Participate in all areas of food production
Adhere to standards of food quality
Detail-oriented: must be able to follow basic recipes and methods
Know how to work with sense of urgency – can keep up with orders during busy times
Store and label foods according to Health Department regulations
Must be a team player and work well with others without conflict
Clean and reset tables promptly. Clean chairs, booths
Maintain clean service areas
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
