There is one vacancy with the Department of Community Services, Community Assistance Division, Rent Assistance Branch located in Downtown Honolulu. Under supervision, the incumbent performs assignments requiring the application of the technique, laws, methodology, and work processes pertinent to the Section 8 Housing Assistance Programs and keeps abreast of such techniques, laws, methodology, and processes.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Substantially equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
One (1) year of professional work experience which involved interviewing clients to elicit information; verifying and analyzing the information obtained; and determining clients’ needs and/or entitlements based on the application of pertinent principles, practices, policies, standards, and/or guidelines.
