Full Job Description
The HRA/ Compensation Analyst will provide transactional support within the HBH HR Compensation department as well as specialized services related to the implementation and maintenance of HBHs compensation and classification systems and programs. Provide detailed information, guidance and support on standard compensation issues involving the interpretation and application of HBH classification plan, compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources administration, labor relations, business administration, or a field related to the position
- Four years of work experience performing compensation analysis
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws relating to compensation and pay equity.
- Effective verbal and written communications skills.
