Howdy Ranch RV dealership is looking to for a very driven, energetic, intelligent, experienced & extremely friendly individual to fill our need for a RV SALES CONSULTANT, available immediately! The RV industry is FUN because you get to meet all kinds of people, from the oil workers to the retirees to the outdoor enthusiasts! Bilingual applicants are encouraged but not required.

COMPENSATION: Base salary + Commission + SIGNING BONUS!!! There is no limit to your yearly income. The commission side can easily get you into $100,000/ year for the right highly motivated salesperson. Health, dental & vision insurance options will be available after 90 days.

DEALERSHIP LOCATION: Howdy Ranch RV is located on N I-37 access in Mathis, TX. 15,000 vehicles drive by our RV dealership everyday! Our company brand fits nicely into our community since we are sitting on 100 acres & lease out a portion of our land to farmers & cattle ranchers. We also are proud to have one of the largest newly paved sales lots in our region. Our sales offices & parts department are currently being renovated & modernized. So your office space will be within a new modern upscale rustic décor.

DEALERSHIP INVENTORY: We maintain around 150 units at all times! We sell New, Used, & Consignments. We are the exclusive retailer for the regions most popular RV brand Keystone RV’s, including the luxury line of ALPINE, AVALANCHE, SPRINTER & the moderately priced SPRINGDALE. We have recently become our regions exclusive retail of Travel-Lite campers, including FALCON F-LITE, ECLIPSE, FIRE, GT & EXPRESS. They are ultra-modern & a real game-changer for use in acquiring a younger demographic. We are also the exclusive retailers of Ranch King utility trailers, dump, cattle, hay bale, debris trailers & equipment haulers. Additionally, we’re the exclusive retailers for Lark United enclosed cargo trailers!

EXPERIENCE:

• General Sales Experience: 5+ years
• Previous RV Sales experience: 2+ years
• High school or equivalent
