A Human Resources Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional who is highly proficient in effectively handling employee relations, conducting investigations, policy development, management coaching, and creating and analyzing various HR reports.
This is a part time remote position – approximately 12 – 15 hours per week. Approximately 10% of the time, you will be required to work on site either at client offices or main headquarters.
The Human Resources Business Partner candidate must possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of previous Human Resources experience, with a combination of experience handling employee relations, conducting investigations, policy development, management coaching, and creating and analyzing various HR reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to proofread documents and excellent understanding of grammar and punctuation.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and previous experience with payroll and/or HR systems preferred.
- Proficiency in managing projects and driving objectives to full resolution.
- An enthusiasm for HR and for providing support to managers and employees alike to ensure their success in the workplace.
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution and /or relevant HR certifications.
