Premier Rockland, Bronx, and Goshen multi-service not-for-profit providing services to children and families in foster care and Community Based Service Programs, education programs, residential programs, and helping developmentally disabled adults lead more fulfilling and independent lives is looking for a seasoned executive-level leader to serve as EVP of Human Resources.
Prospective candidates will be strategic problem solvers who can drive outcomes, work through ambiguity and lead changes. She or He must be able to develop and execute a progressive talent management strategy analyzing and incorporating key financial information and establishing appropriate metrics that measure the key performance indicators of HR Service delivery.
The successful candidate will be assertive and have the courage to speak their mind on critical issues and motivate a team of HR professionals to be proactive, accountable, and responsive to the needs of over 800 employees. Candidates must possess superior judgment, expertise in management, benefits, recruiting, and the confidence and creditability needed to develop and maintain productive CEO and Board relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
