Tech Installer for Commerical and Residential Customers

Part time, hourly entry-level position with full time opportunity

Job Description:

• Apprentice under a Senior installer for on the job training
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Troubleshoot issues with TV’s, security systems, surround sounds and other electronics
• Maintain Accurate Records Throughout the Install, Service and Train Process while adding install notes and multi-task between other systems, all accessible through a company provided smart phone

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous work experience in the telecommunications field is a plus but not required
• Must possess time management skills and meet deadlines
• Must be computer/smartphone savvy and be able to use specialized programs and databases
• Ability to learn new technologies as needed to support future systems
• Must have current unrestricted driver’s license
• Will be required to submit to a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
