We are our client’s outsourced HR department. As a HR Generalist, you will help our clients implement an effective HR strategy designed to assure they are in compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will assist with employee relations issues, policy development and much more.
Job Description Primary Duties:
Develop strong “trusted business advisor” relationship with client decision makers
Act as single point of contact to client.
Promote full utilization of Payroll, HR and Benefits software and services to clients
Be first point of contact for responsive HR needs (employee relations advice, HR forms, documents, etc.)
Perform HR Compliance Assessments
Complete HR project-based work as assigned
Go on sales calls to promote the importance of compliance and how HR is strategic to their company’s success.
Assist in collection of documentation needed to onboard new clients
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
3+ years of Experience in Human Resources Preferred
SHRM or HRCI Accreditation Preferred
