Characteristics Required and Recommended

• Effectively leads groups of people in successfully performing agriculture bin cleaning and product transfer work
• Interfaces with customers as the face of the company discussing project details, making decisions in the process of work performance
• Comfortable entering confined spaces to perform cleaning duties in which darkness, tight spaces, particle-filled air are part of the workspace
• Manages the resources effectively to align the activities with the work plan as stated in the proposal
• Monitors work performance to deliver a world-class customer experience
• Must be proficient with technology as it relates to work plan reporting, timekeeping, asset management and workflow process
• Must have experience working with and managing activity involving the use of heavy equipment
• Comfortable with regional travel requiring some distance and long duration in managing projects
• Agriculture experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50 – $28.50 per hour

• Bin Cleaning and Transfer work: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
