Responsibilities
The Primary Care Organization Talent Acquisition Manager determines strategy and coordinates in-house recruitment efforts. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration, and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience
Experience working with technical systems
Demonstrated project management skills
Demonstrated communication and consultative skills
Strong decision making, leadership and/or motivational skills with the ability to coach, evaluate, train and provide constructive feedback to staff
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Prior experience analyzing data and metrics to implement change in departmental processes
Flexibility to travel based on business need
Preferred Qualifications
Prior full-cycle recruiting experience Business Operations experience People leadership experience Performance Management experience
Additional Information

Work-At-Home Requirements:
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25×10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
