Develops, builds, and leads talent acquisition for Safelite’s customer service segments within national remote contact centers and Safelite retail locations. Leads, engages, and develops a team to drive team performance and recruiting KPIs. Consistently communicates progress, accomplishments to business partners and Safelite leaders. Develops key strategies and drives best practices to achieve Safelite’s hiring needs.

Partners with business leaders to support the attraction, sourcing, & assessment of talent for front-line, high-volume roles for Safelite’s customer service roles and leadership/support recruitment.
Influences hiring managers, business partners, and leaders on adopting strategies and processes that produce the best hiring decisions.
Effectively leads, develops, and engages their team of direct reports. Regularly assess workload and progress and adjusts approach as needed to ensure service levels are met. Manages a team of 5 direct reports.
Project manages, executes, and prioritizes key initiatives involving process improvement, troubleshooting and ongoing projects.
Assess trends and leverages knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies. Effectively navigates and determines alternative options for challenging situations/positions.
Contributes toward ensuring consistent recruitment processes, tools and assessments exist to drive through evaluation of talent. Measures and assesses quality of hires. Implements methods for continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BFA) or comparable years of experience
Seven to ten years directly related experience
Two plus years supervising recruiters, leadership of leaders preferred
Three plus years building recruiting strategies
Strong written, verbal presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to travel up to 5%
