Role Title: Supply Chain Specialist
Role Type: Full-time – Salaried Employee
Location: 100% remote within the US
Company: A next generation sustainable product company
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Placing orders into production correctly
- Issuing POs to overseas manufacturers
- Sourcing materials and handling RFQs
- Managing order specifics and customer order requests
- Preparing weekly production and inventory reports
- Handling Webstaurant store orders
- Managing the Kansas printing operation
- Collaborating with the Logistics Manager to ensure steady inventory for the Kansas operation
- Managing order production timelines
- Overseeing artwork management
- Communicating weekly status updates on all production
- Working with manufacturers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Preparing weekly internal reports on production status
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in supply chain management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with purchase orders (POs) and sourcing materials
- Proficiency in supply chain management software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Reports to Supply Chain Director and Co-Founders
- Experience in managing supply chain operations
- Proficiency in handling POs and RFQs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
