Accounts Payable Specialist

Hunt Refining Company is seeking a self-motivated candidate for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. This person works with personnel in the Accounts Payable Department, Treasury Department, all other applicable departments, and vendors to ensure that all Accounts Payable invoices are processed in a timely manner on two systems: OpenInvoice and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1). They also work with personnel in Accounts Payable and other departments to obtain W-9 forms for every active vendor, work with Treasury on E1 check writes once each week, and performs any other necessary duties related to invoice processing and payments. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with two or more years’ related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). A two-year college degree or equivalent is preferred.
