Responsible for actively recruiting, interviewing, and assessing talent to meet the staffing needs for their assigned Division.
Key drivers in hiring top talent across the Division. You will be a part of a People First Culture Organization and a critical team member responsible for driving the strategy around recruitment, retention, engagement, and culture. This role is specifically responsible for the full life cycle recruiting for all corporate and field positions.
You will be a partner to the business leaders, forecasting staffing needs, designing creative sourcing strategies to recruit top talent, and managing the hiring processes from initiating searches to offer acceptance. You will partner with field management to develop their recruiting processes and help them become community recruiters. Our People drive our business and you will be responsible for hiring those key people!
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Ensures all positions are posted in a timely manner and applicant flow is appropriately managed
Maintains recruitment database, posting positions in a timely manner, reviewing resumes as received and dis-positioning appropriately conducts phone screens and initial in person interviews, assessing candidate qualifications with position needs
Utilize behavioral based interview techniques.
Connect with internal talent pool and make recommendations for talent moves throughout the organization
Present offers and compensation packages
Create and place recruitment advertisements in appropriate media
Coordinate and administer reference checks, background and drug screen processes
Manages and update new hire on-boarding process and completion of new hire paperwork
Network in community and maintain active list of recruitment resources
Attend job fairs and community recruitment events as needed
Define recruiting trends and progress
Provide updates to Human Resources Director, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Field leadership in a timely and frequent manner
Develop and sustain relationships with operations managers, understanding and ensuring needs are met
Assist with exit interview process as needed
Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by the Human Resource Department
Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects
Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 – 3 years’ experience in a full-time recruiting function
Experience in a fast-paced, growing workplace
Strong understanding of Human Resources principles, with experience handling complex and sensitive associate matters
Mastery level of behavioral interviewing and adherence to federal/state labor laws associated with recruitment and selection
Experience with applicant tracking systems, maximizing its functionality, and implementation
Experience developing and leading onboarding programs
Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative professional who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions
Self-motivated with ability to manage deadlines
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
