Frolik Kitchen+Cocktails is an award winning rooftop restaurant and bar located in the Motif Seattle, a Destination by Hyatt hotel in downtown Seattle. Frolik shakes up the traditional approach to Regional American cuisine by adding a signature PNW flair to each dish, exposing the Seattle dining scene to a fresh way to mingle, socialize and amuse the senses.

We are currently seeking an Assistant F&B Operations Manager to join our team!

The Assistant F&B Operations Manager will provide oversight and management of our rooftop bar and restaurant, and special events. They will oversee the staff, support restaurant management, complete a wide variety of managerial tasks, and continue our goal of providing exceptional customer service to all guests. They will oversee the successful implementation of all special events in the restaurant space, and may be required to assist other departments in a managerial capacity if no other operational leaders are on property.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Events Service Manager, Banquet Lead, or a Restaurant Supervisor. Hotel experience and a thorough understanding of restaurant service is a plus!

• Proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong food and beverage (wine, spirits and beer) knowledge
