Summary: The Sr. HR Process Improvement Manager performs the central Business Unit (BU) leadership role of assigned critical HR initiatives to be conducted throughout the Extrusion North America (ENA) network of plants and operations. These critical initiatives are identified “people” processes necessary to meet business needs and better enable the BU to achieve business plan and workplace / cultural objectives. The initial focus of this role will be onboarding, mentoring and leadership development.
The Sr. HR Process Improvement Manager will be based at the ENA BU Headquarter office (Rosemont, IL) and will report directly to the VP HR (ENA HRBP). Significant travel visiting operations throughout ENA is required.
