HyperSport is an automotive reconditioning company. We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing nationwide company. We have multiple positions currently open. This is an immediate job opportunity!

Summary/Objective
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization. This role also serves as an account representative, researching and resolving payments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Audit, record journal entries & maintain records from end-of-day reconciliations submitted by dealerships.
• Weekly application and/or research of unapplied open credits
• Audit and research unpaid holdback, rebate balances with manufacturers and dealerships.
• Reconcile & Research open balances in specific AR cycles on a regular basis
• Email monthly audits to dealerships on aging balances within certain ARs.
• End of month responsibilities, including but not limited to, running reports, expense internal AR’s, balancing general ledger accounts and/or schedules, etc…
• Process monthly Carry Balance Forward
• Any additional tasks deemed necessary for the overall success of the accounting department under the direct supervision of the Controller.
