Senior Manager, OCM Systems & Dealer Data Mgmt
~ This is a key leadership position within the Office of Customer Management (OCM). In this capacity, the position will support the Senior Manager – OCM Systems and Senior Manager – Customer Communications Strategy in the execution of OCM’s core functions.
~ To that end, this position will support the customer master data operations, effective business use of customer data and the governance on the use of customer data.
~ Below are the major responsibilities of this role.
~ Operations of OCM systems (Customer and VIN Analytics customer master database), data flow from upstream systems to CVA and data flow to downstream systems and vendors.
~ Improvement of customer data hygiene.
~ Maintenance of customer data mastering rules.
~ Support of the Customer Master Data Quality Solution (CMDQS).
~ Execution of customer data analysis and queries.
~ Management of customer communication touchpoint inventory.
~ Support of customer data governance.
~ Support of customer opt-outs and communication preferences management.
~ Support of strategic initiatives.
~ Support the training of OCM team members.
~ Provide guidance to OCM team members as needed.
~ Review and provide input to OCM SOWs and contracts.
~ Review reporting of key KPIs to extract business insights and improvement actions.
~ Manage development and maintenance of data maps.
~ Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable the achievement of their business objectives.
~ Work with IT personnel on technical issues and improvement opportunities.
~ Support of any ad hoc request as needed.
~ Meet independently with internal and external stakeholders to research, analyze data and present findings.
~ Provide solutions to problems and business recommendations based on analysis.
~ Oversee and manage IT team and vendor(s) to meet project goals and timeline.
~ 6 years of experience working with data tables and developing data queries.
~ 6 years of experience working in highly fast paced environment.
~ 6 years of automotive experience required.
~ 6 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
~ Working knowledge of automotive business & operations.
~ Ability to think critically and independently in problem solving.
~ Able to successfully collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to produce desired business results.
~ Ability to lead workshops with stakeholders.
~ Working knowledge of consumer privacy regulations.
~ Proficient in SQL.
~ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
~ Develop business requirement documents.
~ Prioritize competing priorities.
~ Ability to discuss technical topics with business users in a way that is understandable.
Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
