Summary

i5 Technology Group is searching for an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to provide unwavering support to its visionary founder and dynamic chief executive officer. The ideal candidate will be the right-hand to the CEO, embodying professionalism, exceptional proficiency, and a quick grasp of new concepts. The exceptional Executive Assistant will also bridge the gap between the CEO and esteemed government and private sector clients. Extensive knowledge of the nuanced relationship between the government and private sector in government contracting is a must. This enticing opportunity is fully remote, providing flexibility with a weekly workload of 3 to 4 days, up to 35 hours depending on the demands.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise important internal and client deliverables, including exceptional status reports, captivating presentations, and professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO
• Showcase your exceptional organizational skills by managing and updating content on the company’s SharePoint Online (SPO) based intranet
• Pick up mail from our virtual Regus Office once a week if local.
• Take the lead in coordinating and facilitating meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO, the company, and its esteemed clients
• Be the primary point of contact for handling important phone calls, emails, and inquiries directed to the CEO
• Utilize your exemplary research skills to gather valuable information and compile data for the CEO’s ambitious projects and strategic initiatives
• Demonstrate your unwavering commitment by maintaining and updating all company and client-related data, documents, and information on the company’s well-organized intranet system
• Ensure adherence to government policies, procedures, and protocols, particularly in regard to accurate reporting, efficient timekeeping, and effective communication practices
• Engage in diverse administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the CEO, showcasing your versatility and ability to adapt to new challenges

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field; or a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an executive assistant or in a comparable role at a consulting firm or defense contractor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
• Familiarity with government operations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
