Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Workday Manage Application Architect, you will advocate for customer outcomes throughout the sales and onboarding processes. Work with the SIH Solutioning team to ensure that the Workday Manage solution approach is continually differentiated with value-added features. This individual will also drive new signings and expand the client footprint with new enhancements, new business insights, additional intelligent workflows, and new automation while innovating with established and emerging Workday technology. Additional responsibilities will include capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge amongst the appropriate Workday solutions architect community. As well as authoring and contributing to Workday customer-facing publications such as white papers.
Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5+ years of experience in Workday Sales and Delivery
5+ years of operating Workday Solutions at a global scale
Ability to meet a minimum of $5M Signings and $3M in Revenue
Demonstrate solutioning capabilities and value proposition to external stakeholders (customers, partners, and analysts), analyzing feedback to identify potential gaps or opportunities to address appropriately.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams across different geographies
Ability to articulate market problems to the client and client teams with differentiated winning solution
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
7+ years past experience in sales and delivery of Enterprise-wide Workday Solutions
7+ years of Workday Solutions experience preferred
