Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Corporate Communications team, the Narrative & Strategy role will work closely with other team members, subject matter experts, business leaders and internal / external partners to plan and develop a persuasive external communications platform that differentiates Kyndryl and advances the strategic priorities of the company with specific external target audiences, including press, clients, government leaders, partners, developers, academia, analysts and other stakeholders.
Corporate Communications works closely with teams across Corporate Affairs, including Internal & Executive Communications and Global Communications to ensure that our communications – both internally and externally are aligned with the overall corporate narrative and goals. The team also plays a key role in longer term planning of corporate communications initiatives to support Kyndryl s key focus areas and growth story.
Responsibilities:
Drafts and updates the corporate narrative and supporting content and communications materials. Produces PowerPoint presentations, executive bylines, video scripts, infographic copy and other pieces of content that can be used to communicate Kyndryl s strategy.
Helps Content Creation team organize and maintain strategic content for use across the Corporate Affairs function.
Helps create strategic content for corporate presentations and events such as Investor Day, the Annual Shareholders Meeting, and conferences.
Works with other members of the Corporate Communications team to develop communications campaigns that amplify the corporate narrative. Works Across Corporate Affairs to mine stories that support the corporate narrative. Works with CHQ External Relations and Global Communications to communicate the strategic narrative to the media.
Develops relationships with Kyndryl spokespeople and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather stories and information that develops and/or supports the narrative. Creates talking points, FAQs and other communications materials to help SMEs communicate more effectively with the press.
Manages production of the Kyndryl Annual Report including:
Liaising with business units and other content producers to help manage collection of research and assets.
Drafting copy.
Helping with layout, production, vendor management.
Organizing photo shoots or video production as necessary.
Helping with logistics for the printing process.
Helping to manage the content for the Annual Report website.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years of extensive experience crafting corporate narratives and developing strategic communications campaigns in a corporate or agency setting.
Creative, clear strategic thinker with superb writing skills.
Proven executive presence and business acumen with the ability to take a seat at the table with senior business leaders to provide advice and counsel and articulate an informed point-of-view.
Expert on, or intellectual curiosity for, Kyndryl s past, present and future with a deep understanding of the enterprise technology industry and its evolving position in the business world and society.
Track record of successfully delivering quality content consistently, ethically, professionally and on time (in the face of demanding deadlines), while always demonstrating discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
Adept at collaborating and working well with people across the organization. Able to build cross-disciplinary networks of SMEs to contribute detailed content and expertise as needed for effective narrative development and strategic storytelling.

This position currently sits within Global Technology Services (GTS) Infrastructure Services (IS) or a shared services function supporting GTS.
