Development professional to join our growth team at icometrix. With strong interpersonal skills, excellent scientific understanding, and an entrepreneurial spirit you will work with other team members to identify and expand business opportunities for our AI-driven digital platform for neurological diseases with new and existing Pharma customers.

What will you do?

Main responsibilities:

• Use your scientific knowledge and business acumen to generate growth opportunities
• Build strong multi-level trust-based relationships within Pharma organizations – identify, qualify, propose negotiate and close deals
• Apply your scientific expertise in collaboration with our internal neuroscience,imaging-AI, and technology development teams to build value propositions that sell R&D projects and research collaborations in the neuro space to help our Pharma partners develop the next generation of neuro therapies
• Write business, research, and technical proposals
• Negotiating client contracts, closing deals
• Closely manage Pharma accounts to drive long term business growth and turn clients into promoters
• Maintain storing internal and client relationships by;
• Providing support, information, and guidance
• Recommending new opportunities
• Identifying current market and technology trends to evaluate new potential markets
• Delivering on annual new business and revenue plans

What do we think you need?

• PhD or MSc in neuroscience, neurology, neuroimaging, or closely related field
• 3+ year track record of successful B2B sales, business development, or client facing role
• Fit with our values and culture (impact, trust, collaboration, respect, and crazitivity)
• Technology-savvy
• Willingness to travel
• Not afraid to pioneer the transformation of neuro drug development through imaging AI, you have the courage to pursue your goal
• Possess energetic sales abilities, incl. communication, interpersonal and presentation skills across in-person and video meetings
• Out-of-the-box mindset, initiative taker
• Experience with the pharmaceutical/CRO/healthcare industry is a strong asset

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $610.00 – $1,831.00 per week

• Doctorate (Preferred)

Experience:

• neuroscience, neurology, neuroimaging: 5 years (Preferred)
• B2B sales, business development or client facing role: 5 years (Preferred)
