Candidates for this position will work directly for the Director of Account Management. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Delivers and manages the new marketing entity “on-boarding” program for assigned marketing entities.
• Provides certain authorized support to assigned marketing entities. Support may include assistance on technical problems accessing our products, business account management, providing certain statistical information and help understanding credit report data concepts
• Managing, analysis and processing of assigned marketing entity reports.
• Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with top Marketing Entities
• Project Manages the onboarding of enterprise Marketing Entities and Business Partners.
• Provides certain assigned support to IDIQ sales employees. Support may include assistance on client commission processing, providing statistical information, help understanding credit report data concepts and help on marketing promotions.
• Understands and reports on key performance indicators of assigned marketing entities. Manages book of marketing entities to achieve goals based on key performance indicators.
• Follows company policy, procedure and quality assurance standards.
• Other related recurring duties, workflows and work assignments given to you from your supervisor.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience managing Enterprise level accounts
• Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions and to document the evidence that led to those decisions
• Strong time management skills and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage different projects and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to function and lead in a team environment
• A college degree from an accredited four- year college or university.
• Ability to focus on the most important outcome at the current moment
• Experience delivering shippable features in a scaled agile framework

Position Details: This is a full-time, hourly position (40 hours/week).
