Accounts Payable Coordinator (60% WFH)

Up to $67,000 to start plus bonus and full benefits

After training is complete, 2 in office and 3 WFH days per week

As Accounts Payable Coordinator, You Will

• Join a specialist in the food processing industry
• Become a member of the Accounting Department
• Report to the Controller
• Receive complete training
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
• Enter, process and distribute supplier payments
• Post payments to supplier accounts
• Identify, research and resolve errors, omissions and discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Assist with month end close processes
• Reconcile accounts
• Provide backup and overflow support for A/R and Credit functions
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An Ideal Candidate Profile Will Include

• At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience

With

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses

• +++ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree,
• +++ Related experience from the food processing industry or similar
