Full Job Description
Flexible hours, approximately 20-24 each week
Works closely with the HR Manager on day to day administration. Focus on automating and streamlining processes, enhancing communications and improving the employee experience at IMA.
Job Duties:
Assists in processing benefit enrollments and directs benefit questions.
Helps with pre-screening candidates.
Actively participates in the Activities and Diversity Committees.
Re-writes job descriptions and policies.
Researches state and federal laws.
Reconciles invoices.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong team player.
Excellent time management skills.
Proactive.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Education/ Experience:
HS Diploma or GED
Strong computer skills
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity to use a keyboard.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Able to hear and speak clearly in person and over the phone.
