The Account Executive – Cybersecurity position is dedicated to building an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ business priorities by uncovering solutions to their technology initiatives and challenges that impact the security landscape of their business. This role also demands excelling and over-achieving in a rapidly growing company to close business in net-new accounts, and cross-sell to a loyal client base.
The effective candidate is a self-starter who is results-driven and a strategic thinker that possesses excellent time management and multi-tasking skills as well as being a highly self-motivated, detail, process, and customer-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed. This person will also possess creative sales techniques to generate business and be a successful individual contributor.
This position will report to the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing and works in a team-oriented, cross-departmental environment. The candidate must be an excellent communicator to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.

The Account Executive is required to maintain proactive, positive, and consistent engagement with vendors, clients, and prospects, whether working on new opportunities or following up on renewals and resolving issues with clients and vendors as necessary.

CRM Management
Managing sales pipeline through Impelix’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) system will be a fundamental responsibility. Salesforce is where client information is retained regarding all sales opportunities.
