SUMMARY: This role will provide HR partnership and leadership to assigned subsidiary group, Kandu Health through the development and implementation of HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. The person will be a self-starter and independently drive both hands-on tasks with an eye toward strategic impact and planning, and will leverage expertise in the areas of HR such as recruiting, training and development, organizational design, change management, coaching/development of leaders, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, conflict management, and more.
