In A Pickle Restaurant is accepting applications for Servers, Hosts, Food Runners and Support Staff! We’re very busy WITH OUTSIDE DINING (Yay!)!! and need great brand ambassadors at tables, the front, on our phones and serving guests!

Servers will be responsible for taking care of all the guests dining at the restaurant, as well as any other job that needs to be accomplished to give an amazing hospitable experience.

Hosts will be responsible for working our digital online wait list system, taking and organizing ‘take out’ orders, answering the phone, taking guests to their tables, bringing food to guests, and being the smiling welcoming face at the door.

Food runners will be part of our service team by bringing food from the kitchen expo window to the guests. They will also aid in helping servers with guest relations.

Employees who excel will have the opportunity to move up into other hospitality roles and responsibilities. Because this is a morning job we’ll also require that the person be extremely punctual and reliable, as well as a people person.

We are looking for both part time and full time employees (No Seasonal Employment, but shift reduction in the fall is accepted). We do require that you have weekend/holiday availability (we have off Thanksgiving and Christmas, but you’ll need the days available around those holidays available). This is a great position to start you off in the hospitality industry if you don’t have previous experience as a FOH staff member and want to get your foot in the door. Compensation:

Employees here make GREAT money during the day!

Server $5.55/hr + Tips (Not unusual to make $300 on a weekend shift!)

Food Runner $8/hr + Tips (Close to $16-17 with tips)

Host $13.50+/Hour plus tips! (close to $16-17+ with tips)
