Management of onboarding and off-boarding planning and actions.

Manages and maintains required databases.
Conducts formal company orientation with new hires and assists with onboarding actions.
Maintains record keeping within company standards.
Ensures associate information in HRIS systems is accurate and up to date.
Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes.
Supports benefit administration.
Creates and maintains training matrices and associate training records.
The employee is responsible for conducting their job within the company standards.

Providing Payroll back up; bi-weekly & weekly pay cycle
_ The ideal candidate will have/be: _
Sensitive treatment of confidential information
HRIS systems experience
Conducts the administration of FMLA approvals and tracking; communicating to manager of leave and return of employee
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field, two to four years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be willing and able to meet deadlines (payroll, monthly reporting, social report, projects)
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Intermediate knowledge of employment laws
Ability to manage conflict
Knowledge of benefits and compensation
Excellent organizational skills
Service-oriented communication skills

Demonstrated ability to conduct mediation, lead trainings, etc.
Ability to demonstrate managerial courage with all levels of the employee population
SHRM Membership and SHRM-CP / -SCP Certification a positive
