We are looking for someone who wants to work in a collaborative environment, as part of our QA team, helping to automate testing using Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and other technologies to assure developed applications conform to requirements and design. Provide contribution to the QA team, and will be responsible for critical business applications, providing assistance & technical guidance to less experienced team members.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 2 years of experience in technology as a full stack developer OR 5 years of experience in technology as a full stack developer,
• 2 years experience working with Java
• 1 year experience with Python/JavaScript
• 1 year experience working with various cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• 1 year of experience working on multiple projects.
• Ability to lead Hackathons, Idea Jams, Innovation Workshops.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business teams to cultivate and refine innovation
• Understand application development, networking, servers
• Ability to build a rapid prototype and quickly solicit customer feedback.
• Highly self-driven and self-motivated
• Strong understanding of middleware development methodologies
• Create content and documentation for prototypes and the idea database
• Strong understanding of data messaging techniques and associated application processes/services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Partner with third parties as necessary to deliver Innovation solutions.
• Strong teamwork skills within I.S. and the client community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with design sprint, lean startup, and agile principles.
