The Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Business Partner operates as a trusted advisor, embedded deeply in the business, who consults on the needs of the organization and designs relevant solutions. You will work closely with executives, senior management and other HR functions (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Total Rewards, etc.) to provide thought leadership, manage the business relationship, and design as well as execute on initiatives to drive the organization toward progress on diversity, inclusion and belonging goals. You are the face of the Inclusion team to the business, recommending Inclusion products and services and identifying the client’s unique needs to effectively customize.
Responsibilities
Implement and operationalize diversity and inclusion strategy that supports progress to goals for the designated client(s).
Establish strong relationships across the HR organization, specifically with Talent Attraction, HRBP, HR Tech, Employee Development and Internal Communications to establish One HR approach with the business.
Serve as the subject matter expert on all DI&B related topics through a consultative approach using qualitative and quantitative data and evidence-based best practices to drive results.
Advise and support the creation of executive communications on DI&B topics.
Represent the DI&B team for assigned business or region.
Develop innovative approaches to launching initiatives that create and foster a culture of inclusion and belonging that is aligned with our attraction, promotion and retention strategies
Conduct analysis to determine the efficacy of DI&B initiatives and develop hypotheses for future trends that will impact our inclusion efforts and goals.
Who You Are
Requirements
2+ years of professional experience in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space and/or human capital consulting.
2+ years of experience working with executives in client-facing, consulting role(s).
1+ year of facilitation or public speaking experience
Expertise in analyzing people analytics, engagement survey data, developing insights that influence the strategy and lead to business results
Proven track record of execution through program management.
Intermediate level awareness of macro and micro DI&B topics such as systems of oppression, social power dynamics, bias and microaggressions
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, influence key partners, and deliver results in a collaborative environment.
Results oriented with an ability to identify and track metrics of success while getting results through others

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits
