We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to join Indeed. In this role, you’ll tackle sophisticated organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You’ll play an integral part in connecting the HR agenda with the business strategy. Therefore, you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business.
Responsibilities:
Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution; provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
Tackle problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how sophisticated
Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
Build positive relationships with client groups at all levels
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed/required
Who You Are
7+ years HR or relevant experience
5+ years in a business partner capacity

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Austin 79,000 – 114,000 USD per year
