Manage a team of Client Relationship Managers that oversee Enterprise clients with larger job volume; that drives innovation, process improvement and generates hires as easily as pushing a button.
The CRM Manager will partner across multiple departments to achieve a successful client experience. You will partner with but not be limited to BizOps, Client Success, Internal Sales teams, Product, Hire delivery teams, and Hire operations.
You will partner with our internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver and articulate Hire solutions and offerings.
You will manage a team to establish and execute client-related goals. Provide weekly coaching and performance feedback.

Responsibilities
Client Partnership
- Proactively engages with CRM team solve problems and build loyalty with professionalism and care
- Partners with CRM and internal stakeholders to build strategy to create solutions for clients
- Proactively identifies client themes and trends to ensure we are tracking to appropriate KPI’s (Client Health)
- Hold Strategic Account/Client conversations weekly/bi-weekly to solve problems, innovate and grow accounts
- Accountability for self and team and is receptive to feedback in order to minimize errors and improve the quality of work
P&L and Revenue Growth
- Develop high performance and cohesive teams to increase client performance and revenue growth
- Increase retention and revenue growth MoM for all account owners
Professional Development
- Lead, train, mentor, and develop your team to educate and influence their clients by sharing data, market trends, and hiring best practices
- Mentor and develop future account owners and Senior Client Relationship ManagersAccount Owners
Data & Metrics
- Responsible for leveraging and using operational data and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of your team
- Analyze and utilize data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
- Responsible for Senior Account/Account Owners monthly metrics and reporting to clients (Will leverage CSI + others)
- Ensures Account Owners meet success metrics (Metrics, TTF, Individual Goals, etc)
Internal Partnerships
- Partners with Sales on new business opportunities and current client expansion to ensure clear solutions
- Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding with process maps built for each opportunity
- Partners with Delivery Manager and Operations Manager to ensure proper alignment for support for all clients is in place and proactively planned for
- Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure that they fulfill all clients requests and expectations to support their needs
- Collaborate with our Product, BizOps, L&D, EET, and Sales teams to drive efficiencies and innovation to support our clients and improve ROI
- Partner with Sales Partners/Directors to support clients and minimize escalations
Who You Are
Recruiting Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of successful Customer Service Management and/or Client-Facing Management Experience (Required)
- 5+ years of experience in managing professional teams, including leading leaders in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team of 2+ other managers/leads
- 2+ years of implementing professional services and driving success with enterprise-level clients
- Past success in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills, prioritization skills, and working with a strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge of the recruiting process and success drivers
- Experience leveraging technology to manage workflow, comfortable using data to diagnose and improve team performance
- Experience building strong, collaborative, productive teams

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 110,000 – 150,000 USD per year
