Indeed Program Managers effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent project and program management practices. We are facilitators and motivators, working across departments and offices to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of programs and projects.
The Employee Referral Program is one of the main channels through which Indeed hires its employees. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, to help develop our program further. This person will be responsible for helping to develop the structure by which we understand success and help drive projects to continue improving how we manage this hiring channel.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and be accountable for a portfolio of work that furthers strategic company objectives
Understand the relationships and impacts of programs and initiatives across business units
Establish a process to evaluate effectiveness of programs on an ongoing basis, including collecting and analyzing data and research to identify opportunities and optimize strategy and delivery
Apply specialized knowledge of industry standards/practices to programs and initiatives
Build and sustain positive and productive relationships with cross-functional internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of program goals
Provide recommendations on complex program dependencies that could affect the success of other initiatives.
Apply effective benchmarks, best practices, metrics and trends for measuring the impact of our programs
Who You Are
Qualifications:
Experience leading cross-functional projects to deliver high impact strategic initiatives
Organizational change management experience
Experience executing corporate-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities and developed all processes associated with program rollout and ongoing support
Experience influencing senior management and setting expectations for major cross-functional initiatives
Energized by working in a fast paced, data driven culture

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
