Responsibilities and Duties
The work
Initiate and manage medical records and coordinate the processes for completion. Respond to release of information requests. Maintain chart quality through routine audits. Obtain required documentation from staff and doctors. The person selected will be expected to accept ownership and responsibility for all the processes and functions related to the of medical records attainment and retention.
