Indigo Ag is expanding & scaling its US Carbon product offering by forming strategic relationships with channel partners. The Enterprise Account Director (EAD), position focuses on the development and account management of large strategic partnerships. The EAD will be responsible for establishing, owning, and nurturing channel partners with a nationwide or multi-state reach.
The EAD is a high profile customer facing role within the North America Carbon Commercial organization that is responsible for the health and success of its owned accounts. The ideal candidate has developed customer relationships from the executive level to customer facing field teams. You are skilled in account management and have perfected your ability to manage diverse relationships, get alignment on goals, execute on go-to-market plans, identify risks, and rapidly solve problems to maintain the health of your accounts. You’re driven by achieving success for your portfolio of accounts. Success in this role requires developing strong business relationships, activating the Carbon program through the partner channel, and increasing Carbon program participation, expansion, and retention.
You understand SaaS account management, ideally have experience in B2B or B2B2C. Experience in agriculture, sustainability, and/or the food value chain is a plus.
Own and manage the strategic and operational relationship with enterprise accounts
Expert in the Carbon by Indigo offering and Sustainability portfolio and how it fits into the Partner’s offerings
Ensure success of partnership by managing the end-to-end partner/customer journey
