Business Development Representative – Account Development

:
IAC, Industrial Accessories Company, Mission, KS is looking for a dynamic Business Development professional. In this role, you will work with the business development, marketing, aftermarket parts, and field services groups. This role requires a highly self-motivated individual who can quickly become familiar with a wide range of equipment, replacement parts, and field services for promotion in the industrial marketplace. This position is non-commission and supports our sales team in lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted business-to-business outbound calls, averaging 350 a week
• Qualify leads for large projects, replacement parts, and field services while leveraging marketing messages
• Schedule meetings for the field service sales team
• Conduct research on targeted industries and/or projects
• Meet and exceed weekly lead quota

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish
• Strong performer with a proven drive to succeed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance many different marketing campaigns running simultaneously
• Proven track record of developing new business via effective outbound calling efforts
  Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills: ability and willingness to do whatever is required to meet weekly and monthly goals set by management
• Ability to work independently in changing environments and the ability/willingness to learn
• CRM Database data management and data entry

Preferred Experience:

• Industrial Experience
• Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and MSHA sites
• Knowledge of Air Permits
