Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of talent acquisition strategies for the assigned business unit • Performs full lifecycle recruiting • Partners with management to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies • Creates comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps • Develops and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, vendors, and associates to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results • Monitors recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business direction • Develops and maintain a network of contacts to help source high potential talent • Leverages resources to identify and recruit top talent • Acts as the expert Recruiting partner to ensure best practices and effective methods are in place • Identifies and manage comprehensive targeted research strategy for qualified candidates • Supports the identification of talent gaps within the client groups • Manages the on-going development and utilization of a competitive talent bench to identify and fill positions faster with highly qualified, pre-identified talent • Counsels Hiring Managers and teams through effective recruiting and hiring decisions and practices that tie to the strategic goals of the business unit and organization • Provides counsel and guidance to Hiring Managers to ensure adherence to consistent practices and procedures in support of identifies and selecting top quality talent • Ensures recruitment practices are compliant with applicable state and federal laws • Performs other duties as assigned • 6+ years of experience functioning as an HR professional with full cycle recruitment experience • Prior Consumer Package Goods (CPG) and/or Supply Chain / Operations recruitment experience • Advanced level knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components, including search strategy, sourcing, engagement, qualification, assessment, and candidate relationship management • Must possess the ability to influence as a strategic consultant • A track record of developing strong client partnerships • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Deep internet research and networking skills that enables one to build a consistent and sustainable talent pipeline • Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and procedures • Previous experience in working in managing candidates via an applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or other related discipline strongly preferred
