Inflection Poynt Hiring for Landfill Operations Manager Job at Toledo, OH Full Time

Looking for an experienced Landfill Manager to lead our team. You will manage 10+ landfill staff, processing over 1600 tons daily. We need a strong leader to keep everything in line, career progression happens quickly and we always take good care of our team.

Compensation:

• $100,000 – $115,000 per year + 20% annual bonus

Will consider candidates with experience in:

• Landfill Management/Supervision
• Heavy Equipment Maintenance/Fleet Management
• Construction Management/Superintendent (Landfill, Land Development or Civil)
• Engineering/Compliance (Design, Permit, Construction & Compliance)
• Agricultural/Ranch Management
• Regulatory Compliance/Enforcement

Education expectations:

• 2 or 4 year degree in Business, Engineering, or Science
• Will consider hands-on experience in Maintenance or Operations in lue of a degree
