Position: Full Stack Java Developer

Location: New York

Duration: Full Time

Position Responsibilities:

· Communicate with colleagues and clients to elicit requirements

· Develop technical solutions with a small team to meet those requirements

· Ensure that code is clear, well documented, modular, maintainable and testable

· Technical troubleshooting, refactoring and bug-fixing

· User support of application issues

· Develop and support trade data processing, web applications, and reporting

Position Qualifications:

· 7+ years of experience in Java and web applications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area of study

· Strong understanding of Core Java, Database (Sybase), Unix/Linux,

Spring framework. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus

· Excellent analytical, logical and research skills

· Ability to articulate technical concepts in written form for emails, proven ability to proactively address user concerns and exceed expectations

· Good communication and professional interpersonal skills required

· Works well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,988.00 – $158,048.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Montpelier, VT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
