Infosys Hiring for Executive Secretary Job at New York, NY Full Time

Infosys is looking for an Executive Secretary for its New York, NY office. In this role, the respective individual will provide Executive Assistance to Board member in planning the commitments and interacting with stakeholders with the objective to efficiently manage day-to-day operations and special organization initiatives, maintain and develop support services (facilities / travel / transport / hospitality) within guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Qualification
Basic

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience with Bachelor’s degree.
• Location for this position is in New York, NY. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to this area. This position may require travel up to 15%
• USA citizens and those legally entitled to work in USA are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred:

• Prioritize and schedule meetings / calls with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle and co-ordinate travel arraignments for the BOD members
• Arrange logistics for the meeting including conference rooms / tele & vide conferencing
• Document and file all the communications (external and internal mails) and re-direct to other offices
• Respond to routine correspondence at the direction of BOD members
• Follow up and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation
• Anchors special initiatives as needed and oversee implementation of the same
• Provide periodic status report, escalate and suggest alternatives in order to meet the objectives of the organization initiatives
• Monitor and maintenance of facilities as per defined standards
• Vendor management

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
