Infosys Hiring for Telecom B2B ecom Domain Consultant Job at Bellevue, WA Full Time

In this role you will be serving as a key member of domain consultant and strategy team, provide thought leadership, responsible for innovating and delivering experiences in support of the digital transformation for B2B E-Commerce segment in Telecom Domain. You will be involved in industry/competitive research, participate and contribute in strategy, support Rapid Prototyping. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology in such role as a Functional-based Consultant
• At least 4 years of experience in Telecom domain with strong exposure to B2B ecommerce
• At least 10+ years of industry experience
• At least 5 years as a Domain Consultant
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance to Bellevue, WA. This position may require 10% travel to project location

• Good experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Business Process Detailing
• Proficient and well versed in Digital Transformation and Customer Experience Management domain with experience in e-commerce / Self Service
• Fully aware of latest process/standards (eTOM)
• Knowledge and ability to plot customer experience/journey/ Digital Map
• Experience in providing solutions in the domain areas of 5G, IOT, Enterprise B2B Segments
• Good Knowledge of Unified Digital Experience
• Thorough understanding of AGILE principles and practices
• Understanding of Digital Transformation
• Able to do industry/competitive research
• Should be able to provide thought leadership
• Should be able to participate and contribute to strategy
• Able to appreciate and support Rapid Prototyping
• Creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated client facing skills, including managing stakeholder relationship
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff
• Experience in transforming and developing requirements into functional / technical design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Microservices on cloud platforms (on-Premise PCF, AWS, GCE)
• Knowledge of Java & Web Services (RESTFUL & SOAP)
• Knowledge of Angular 6 and above, Node, Javascript
• Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
